Freedom is not free, it is worth fighting for.
The undeniable Leader of the youth movement was the indomitable Charlie Kirk.
For me, I remember where I was, the moment I learned the news that Charlie had been shot in Utah on September 10, 2025. I was working from home in the morning, saw the news on X, folded my hands to pray for Charlie. Please God, save this good man. When the news broke that Charlie could not be saved, I cried and cried. Then I had to wipe my tears, drive to the Oakbrook office in Illinois where I work as Therapist in the Chicago western suburbs, continue with my therapy sessions that were in-person that day. I am a professional, and I did my job for my clients that day. You hold it together when you need to. But every day since, I have cried for Charlie.
World wide, the response has been powerful, that everyone loves Charlie, the grief is real, whether you knew him personally or only knew of him. Our pain is real.
For me, he embodied that you can use your influence for good. That wherever you are in the world, whatever your sphere of influence, you too, can influence for good. Charlie used his influence to start a youth movement in the United States, he will have a lasting impact on Gen Z and Gen Alpha, the youth of our country.
For me, his messaging for God, Country, Family are my beliefs too. When others refuse to be public for their beliefs, Charlie spoke out publicly against abortion, illegal immigration, hook up culture and the important issues of our day. He advocated for marriage, starting a family and monogamy. When selfishness reigns supreme and degeneracy permeates the culture, Charlie advocated for truth telling. He told the youth to strive for both mental clarity and physical strength to combat evil, to do good.
I cried because Charlie was the undisputed leader of the youth movement, the world will remember this great man:
The Youth are the Future.
We pick ourselves up, continue to do our jobs, continue to influence for good.
For this reason:
Freedom is not free.
Freedom is worth Fighting for.
Fighter extraordinaire Charlie Kirk, lit the world on fire, his light will ignite the youth in our country and around the world. Respect.
Video: my very favorite video of Charlie Kirk is his emotional reaction to learning Trump had won the 2024 US election. We will remember what you did for the Republic.
