Know the Difference
There’s what you want vs what you can get.
Know the difference.
Romance is simple enough.
Do you want what I have to offer.
It’s that simple.
How to tell that you’re not in la la land, that’s simple too.
If you get results, if you attract who you want, than what you have to offer, is equivalent to what you attract.
If you’re not attracting who you want, you either need to lower your standards to be realistic or you need to better yourself to attract better.
Yet in romance, both males and females play the blame game. The reason you think you’re single, is that others are not good enough for you or you think they have issues.
Most likely, the issue is you and you are the problem.
If you get results and if you attract who you want, then you’re realistic, you’re attracting your equivalent.
If you’re not attracting who you want, then do the work, to be better yourself. You ARE attracting your actual equivalent. If you’re not getting who you want, that’s not the other person’s fault or the world’s fault, it’s your fault. Fix it yourself.
In romance, operate off this basic principle.
There’s what you want vs what you can get.
Know the difference.
It’s that simple.
Photo: left, the real me. The right, my anime self. Of course, I’d like big eyes, larger than life pizzazz, an hourglass figure, to be skinny minny with charisma off the charts. But the left is what I actually am, I know the difference

You know what you want. Are the stakes too high? Will I settle for what I can get?
