Pre-Nup
That’s the Dad’s money, see photo below.
He can decide how he wants to spend it and who he wants to give it to, it’s HIS money.
In the modern era, when the modus operandi, is peak selfishness from most singles, it’s understandable that whoever has the money, wants to keep the money.
Perhaps 90% of the populace would benefit from a pre-nup.
Perhaps 10% are in that Top Tier category where it’s not necessary.
Salt to taste the percentage, I threw out 90/10 as an educated guess.
For sure, I’ve encouraged my clients to sign a pre-nup, most people are in that 90 percentile, are they not.
For this particular billionaire, see photo below, threatening his sons with only 1 million per year, is probably impoverishment, in their minds.
For many people, they’ll never see a million in their entire life.
But whether you have a little or a lot, finances are what you should discuss, with someone you’re serious about.
Let’s start small, my advice, never send a dick pick to a female that you wouldn’t also trust with your credit card. If you don’t trust her with your Amex or Visa card, don’t send a dick pic which could later be used as leverage to embarrass or blackmail you.
Let’s go big, the type of person that you can trust sans pre-nup, is the person that you’d be willing to put assets in their name pre-marriage. If either of you walked away from the relationship, you’d be OK having shared with that person, you view them as that special, wish them well with or without you.
For the big stuff (pre-nup) or the small stuff (dick pics) decide your own line in the sand, discuss your values and beliefs about money with the person you’re romantically interested in. Make choices based on your risk tolerance and analysis of the person that you’re romantically interested in.
That’s the litmus test I recommend for the big and small stuff, but salt to taste. Make your own choices. It’s your photos and assets on the line, choose wisely.
My take is 90% would benefit from a pre-nup due to innate human selfishness. Perhaps only 10% are truly special, a pre-nup isn’t necessary, they wouldn’t screw you over whether with you or without you.

Mr. Morgan is a personal injury attorney based in Florida and, unlike most of that class of lawyers, he is very popular in the state (and extremely successful). Morgan is different in that it is obvious he really does care about the little people being screwed and does something about it. He is also principled. A Democrat, he did not hesitate to abandon the party and become an independent when the Democrats went left-wing crazy. I do not praise lawyers lightly, but Morgan deserves it.
